The Streif can still be skied all the way down to the valley, but the Hahnenkamm Race OC took the opportunity for a quick inspection at short notice with FIS Race Director Hannes Trinkl. The plan is to renovate one of the oldest parts of the A-safety nets in the Mausefalle, built in 1991. An initial concept was discussed on site with the appropriate snow cover, and the organising committee will continue to work on it in the coming months. After all, only regular maintenance will ensure that the Streif is ready for racing at the state of the art. As always, after the race - is before the race !
